- Connected a scan tool and found code P0303 – Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected. At idle, monitored live scan tool data and observed misfire counts increased on cylinder #3. Performed an inspection of the ignition system and detected no obvious faults. With the ignition on and the engine off, used a multi-meter to check for the presence of voltage at fuel injector #3 connector and found the specified 12 volts was present. Using the multi-meter, measured the resistance of fuel injector #3 and found the resistance was not within the specified range.
