    • Found coolant leaking from thermostat housing. Also, cooling fan not working. Recommend performing diagnostic before repairing thermostat.
    • Observed the engine coolant temperature gauge and found the engine coolant temperature exceeded allowable specifications. Inspected the engine coolant level and condition, but found no concerns. Inspected the engine cooling fan motor with the engine at idle and found that as the temperature began to rise above specifications, the engine cooling fan did not operate. With the key on, engine off, used a multi-meter to check for voltage and ground at the engine cooling fan motor and found both were present. Inspected the engine cooling fan motor wiring harness and connector, but found no concerns. Used a pair of fused jumper wires to apply voltage and ground to the engine cooling fan motor. The engine cooling fan motor did not respond, which indicated the engine cooling fan motor was faulty.
    • ELECTRIC FAN ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace
    • THERMOSTAT – Remove & Replace – [Includes: Bleed Cooling System, Replace Both Radiator Hoses.]
