Services Performed
- Measured the voltage across the battery terminals and found the measured voltage was below the specified range. Connected a battery charger to the battery, charged the battery and continued to diagnose the system. Used an alternator load tester to test the alternator by placing the battery under load, raised the engine speed and found the measured alternator output was within specifications. Used a battery conductance tester to test the battery and found the battery was unable to conduct the specified amount of current, which verified it was defective. These test results verified the battery and battery cable terminal were faulty.
- Remove and Replace Battery and clean cables
- WHEELS (ALL) – Rotate (if Necessary) – [Includes: Torque Wheels to factory specifications.] Yes / No
- OIL AND FILTER SERVICE: Drain Engine oil, Replace Oil Filter, Refill with engine oil to specified level, Check all fluid levels in engine compartment, replace next oil service sticker and check tire pressure.
