  • Vehicle arrived with no engine oil showing on dipstick, could hear clicking noise from engine. Advised customer oil change would need to performed before we could test any further. Replaced engine oil and filter, test drove 2 miles. Checked good customer's concern did not return. Checked positive crankcase pressure for possible defective pcv valve (engine oil consumption), checked good at this time. Recommend customer drive 1000 miles and return to check oil consumption severity.
